AJ Hinojosa specializes in aligning business processes with technical solutions. At Nataij Group, AJ works with our policy team members to develop technology-driven solutions that support the needs of our clients. This can range from designing a full technical system in order to streamline business processes, to developing effective training tools in order to strengthen the understanding and efficiency of existing workflows.

AJ holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and a decade of work experience in educational information technology on campus.
