Dima reda

President & Founder

Dima Reda is the President and Founder of Nataij Group. With more than 15 years of experience working in the international development sphere, Dima has a rich understanding of the structure of climate finance mechanisms and the steps and standards entities must complete to successfully engage with them.

Prior to launching Nataij Group, Dima served as the Results Based Management Coordinator at the Global Environment Facility (GEF). In this role, she spearheaded the establishment of a system to track and report on the results of the GEF’s 600+ projects—a portfolio representing $5 billion in financing for environmental action. Dima also played an integral role at the Adaptation Fund, where she oversaw its accreditation process and developed its monitoring and evaluation framework.

Dima has a Master of Environmental Management degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Yale University. She holds an undergraduate degree in Biology from Brown University.
