Consultant Research Analyst

Emily Sena is an experienced business consultant working to promote sustainable development with expertise in economic development, institutional capacity, gender, renewable energy, and climate finance. She serves as a Consultant Research Analyst at Nataij Group, providing analysis and support on a wide range of climate change development projects, particularly those pertaining to accreditation with and projects for the Global Climate Fund (GCF). She also contributes to the development of funding documents that both align with the institutional organization of clients and comply with the fiduciary, environmental and social, and gender standards of financing mechanisms under the UNFCCC.

Emily also provides strategic advice, technical support, and institutional capacity building for entrepreneurs, startups, MSMEs, CSR programs, and private equity funds, and advises clients on the development of strategies at the company and national levels which enhance ownership and access to Green Climate Fund (GCF) and other DFI and MDB resources by guiding investment in climate change adaptation and mitigation process.

Emily holds Bachelor’s degrees in International Studies and Political Science from Luther College.
